thoenes R128 - Round cord with mat core

The thoenes® R128 round cord with mat core consists of a ceramic or silica mat core and is tightly braided with ceramic fibre yarn, HT glass fibre or silicon fibre yarn.

Fields of application:

• For sealing and insulating applications,
• For expansion joints, for the insulation of chimney doors and chimney pipes.

Physical forms:

• Round, ceramic mat with ceramic fibre yarn braided (10 - 50 mm *), up to Ø 19mm with parallel incoming yarns,
• Round, ceramic mat / silica mat with HT glass braided.
