Steam boiler seals type 2

thoenes® steam boiler seals type 2 consist of expanded graphite (purity at least 98%) with stainless steel insert (thoenes SL TRD 401) or perforated stainless steel insert - (thoenes SP TRD 401).

Important features:

• Certified for use with increased sealing gap of 4.5 mm.

Application forms:

• For closures on steam boilers with roughness values of ring and cover between 6.3 and 12.5 μm.
• Preferably for new plants,
• Part number: TÜV.D.13 - 017.d,
• Extension check: certificate.
